Installation and Moves Prf (Data Center Engineer) (Onsite - 5 days in office)

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation. This role involves ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of new installations and moves, planning and coordinating major installations, and maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years related experience
• Knowledgeable about San Storage, Network Operations, Telecommunications and other operations support functions
• Proven understanding of Sunbird dcTrack and ServiceNow
• Superb interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MSOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
• Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies, systems, and circuits
• Must have demonstrable ability to manufacture and install data center compliant cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber)
