We are looking for an IT Admin to join our team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in an IT administrative, IT support, or procurement role.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in an IT administrative, IT support, or procurement role
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software procurement
- Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel, and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and security tools (e.g., firewalls, MFA)
