Our client, a top-tier Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Analyst to join their Dallas office. The IT Analyst will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with firmwide initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite
- Proficient with MS Teams, ServiceNow, and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN)
- Familiarity with iOS devices and MDM tools
- Experience with LAN/WAN support, cabling systems, and basic networking
- Comfortable working with document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of data security best practices
