We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our team at Hudson Pacific Properties. The successful candidate will demonstrate a combined understanding of various IT systems and provide top-tier desktop support to end-users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting local and remote Windows based PC’s & Macs in a mid-range or greater sized corporate environment.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Hybrid Azure AD Administration, Intune mobile device management, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ServiceNow Ticketing System.
- CompTIA A+ certification desired
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification desired
