Orion Innovation is seeking an IT Business Service Manager to oversee and optimize IT systems, ensuring availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of experience in IT service management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience in IT service management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Agile, and DevOps frameworks
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace
- Experience with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience with infrastructure and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Experience with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
- Advanced English language skills (required)
