LPL Financial is seeking an IT Change Management Manager to lead efforts in modernizing and optimizing Change Management Practices. The ideal candidate will have advanced IT Change Management practice experience and a proven track record in advancing IT Change Management oversight and risk management in the cloud ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Process Improvement, Computer Science, or a similar field of study
- 5+ years of IT Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- 3+ years of SOC2, SOX and other regulatory entities
- 7+ years of leading small to medium size teams
