The IT Department group promotes service management best practice processes and tools across CERN. The job involves configuration, customization, extension, and support of service management tools serving all services at CERN.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python a plus
  • Web application debugging and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/jQuery)
  • AngularJS an advantage
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform, complex data models, database design and data integration (ETL) an asset
