We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a leading European IT Solutions and Services company, seeking an IT Knowledge & Strategy Manager to develop and implement a knowledge management strategy aligned with ITIL best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Wiki), ITIL principles, and application support workflows.
  • Ability to identify and resolve knowledge gaps.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • ITIL v3/v4 (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations).
  • Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and presentations.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proactiveness and solution-orientation.
