We are looking for an IT Manager to support and develop IT services in our Cyprus office, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the entire infrastructure and helping teams work efficiently.

Requirements

Practical experience in IT support / system administration (at least 3 years)
Knowledge of basic network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience working with ServiceDesk systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Skills in servicing office equipment (laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, video conferencing)
Understanding of basic cybersecurity and IT policies
Basic skills in budgeting, procurement planning, and working with suppliers
Experience in maintaining IT documentation
