We are looking for an IT Manager to support and develop IT services in our offices across Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT support/system administration and knowledge of basic network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Practical experience in IT support / system administration (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of basic network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience working with ServiceDesk systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Skills in servicing office equipment (laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, videoconferences)
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity and IT policies
- Basic skills in budgeting, planning purchases, and working with suppliers
- Experience in maintaining IT documentation
