IT Operations Analyst III responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness of incident management process, developing and maintaining incident management system, and participating in disaster recovery testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or related field.
  • Experience with incident management tools, processes, and frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with service management tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and industry best practices.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow or BMC Helix certification a plus.
