Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience in the banking/finance industry
- Functional knowledge of Commercial Banking
- Experience with Commercial Banking Technical applications
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Excellent project management and business analysis skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Heavy experience with applications support and systems integration
- Strong understanding of technologies such as databases, operating systems, networks, and cloud
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to lead troubleshooting initiatives
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability
