IT Operations Manager

IDB Bank is seeking an IT Operations Manager to join its team. The role will be responsible for managing the bank's suite of enterprise business applications, IT Asset Management, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, banking application knowledge, and technical acumen.

Requirements

• 10+ years IT experience in the banking/finance industry
• Functional knowledge of Commercial Banking
• Experience with Commercial Banking Technical applications
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Excellent project management and business analysis skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
• Heavy experience with applications support and systems integration
• Strong understanding of technologies such as databases, operating systems, networks, and cloud
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to lead troubleshooting initiatives
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Willingness to take ownership and accountability
