SilverEdge is seeking a full-time IT Program Manager to collect, format, and analyze data from multiple systems, develop and maintain dashboards, and serve as the Quality-of-Service (QoS) representative for the assigned area.
Requirements
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience in developing surveys and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
