We are looking for an Epic Delivery Owner (EDO – Project Manager) that engages with stakeholders and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of the various initiatives inside and outside our Tribe. The first project assignment for this position will be the “DC 2+2” project aiming to implement a new Data Centers strategy for Euroclear IT, to increase Business Resiliency!

About the team:

As part of Euroclear's Group Technology Services division, you will join the Connectivity and Data Centers Systems (CDCS) Tribe. This tribe is responsible for leading all aspects of Network Engineering and Data Centers capabilities, making it a world-class team to be a part of. You will specifically join the CDCS Orchestration and Enablement squad, which provides transversal services to the tribe, including project management, release coordination, testing, and network solution Architects' activities.

About the role:

As a member of our IT team, you will have the exciting responsibility of coordinating and leading projects (known as 'Epics') within our organization. These Epics cover a wide range of modern technologies, such as network management, data center administration, backup technologies, and hybrid on-premises/cloud setups. Additionally, you will contribute to various security, resiliency, and regulatory initiatives that align with our corporate roadmap.

As Epic Delivery Owner, your responsibilities include:

• End to end coordination for the Epic delivery on time, on budget and on scope.
• Acting as a single point of contact for the Epic within and outside the team / division.
• Managing Epic delivery according to the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC - requirements/design/test/launch lifecycle) and adhering to the relevant IT controls (ensuring timely delivery of project-related documents, for instance).
• Identifying and defining the different elements of the Epic Investment Request, such as budget / Cost, benefits, planning, and risks.
• Handling the budget and supporting the Epic Business Owner in delivering the Epic's benefits.
• Assessing and managing the risks associated with the Epic delivery.
• Representing and reporting on the Epic throughout the entire lifecycle in steering committees, from ideation until closure.

Your Euroclear journey will start by overseeing the management of the Data Centre 2+2 related Epics. These Epics aim to develop and put into action a new Data Centre Strategy, enhancing Euroclear Business Resiliency and meeting regulatory requirements. This program involves coordinating various teams across different divisions.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Project management skills, ensuring initiatives are managed within defined and agreed boundaries (time, scope, and budget).
• Experience working in an Agile context and comfortable applying Agile practices. Agile certification is a plus.
• A solid grasp of the IT systems technology stack (from hardware to offering cloud services) and experience in a sophisticated multi-tenant technical environment.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow (project, risk, resource management modules) is an asset.
• Excellent ability to effectively manage and build relationships with individuals in diverse locations worldwide (remote management).
• Familiarity with ITIL and certification in project management is advantageous.
• Good English communication skills.
• The position may require travel.
