DXC Bulgaria is looking for an IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The job involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and collaborating with stakeholders. • Previous experience in IT recruitment (2-3 years)
• Fluent English language skills
• University degree
• Strong communication skills
• Expert in interviewing and selection skills and techniques
