We are looking for an IT Service Coordinator (m/w/d) to implement IT strategy and processes, coordinate with IT suppliers and service providers, and oversee process monitoring and reporting. You will have the opportunity to work independently and responsibly, and have access to individual development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: vocational or university education in computer science, technology, or engineering with a strong IT focus, or equivalent education with further training as a technician or a corresponding bachelor's degree
  • ITIL processes knowledge, specifically in fault, problem, access, and service request management
  • Experience with IT ticket systems, such as ServiceNow
  • In-depth knowledge of application development, office software and hardware, and IT infrastructure (databases, operating systems)
  • English skills at level C1 (Advanced)
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
