We are looking for an IT Service Coordinator (m/w/d) to implement IT strategy and processes, coordinate with IT suppliers and service providers, and oversee process monitoring and reporting. Requirements
- Education: vocational or university education in computer science, technology, or engineering with a strong IT focus, or equivalent education with further training as a technician or a corresponding bachelor's degree
- ITIL processes knowledge, specifically in fault, problem, access, and service request management
- Experience with IT ticket systems, such as ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of application development, office software and hardware, and IT infrastructure (databases, operating systems)
- English skills at level C1 (Advanced)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
