We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team for a 12-month, fixed-term period. The role will involve managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and providing administrative support to the People team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a HR or an office administrative role
  • Experience with Google drive, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, Google sheets or similar software
  • Basic understanding of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements and the differences across Germany
