We are looking for an IT Service Coordinator to implement IT strategy and processes, coordinate suppliers and service providers, and monitor incident management.
Requirements
- Completed vocational or university education in computer science, technology, or engineering
- Knowledge of ITIL processes in incident, problem, access, and service request management
- Experience with IT ticket systems, such as ServiceNow
- English language skills on level C1 (Advanced)
