IT Service Management Engineer for client in Zurich, responsible for building a new Treasury application, implementing ITSM solution, managing and automating ITSM processes, and more.
Requirements
- Completed education in computer science
- Fundamental knowledge in automation using scripting languages
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs
- Practical knowledge of ITIL and DevOps methods
- Familiarity with common ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti, or BMC Remedy
- Several years of experience in IT Asset and Configuration Management
- Proven experience in leading IT projects as well as introducing and optimizing ITSM processes
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
