IT Service Management Engineer

We are seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to join our team at Barings. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture, as well as strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree and related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow required
• Experience with HTML and Java Script required, Knowledge of Jelly script preferred.
• Good understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Request Fulfillment
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
• Experience with MID Server, Orchestration and extending the ServiceNow data model
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator preferred
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus
