We are hiring an IT Service Management Process Owner to create, document, manage, and improve IT Service Management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to align business processes with technical implementation.
Requirements
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation
- Ability to manage and report on process activities from end to end
- Experience with Healthcare industry HIPAA regulations
