Your role with us

IT Service Manager: As an experienced IT Service Manager, you are responsible for providing and operating IT services in our customer projects.

  • Service delivery: You plan, implement, and monitor IT services to ensure that they meet the requirements of our customers' companies.
  • Service operation: You ensure the smooth operation of our IT services and ensure high availability and performance.
  • Stakeholder management: You are in close contact with stakeholders and ensure that their requirements are met.
  • Incident and problem management: You coordinate the resolution of incidents and problems and develop long-term solutions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Service level management: You define service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor compliance with these agreements.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least ten years of professional experience, including at least five years of experience in IT service management
  • Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT service management, evidenced by ITIL v4 certifications.
  • Good understanding of technical requirements and processes in IT operations.
  • Experience with near- and offshoring is an advantage.
  • Industry experience in the public sector, finance, or energy sectors is an advantage.
  • You have experience with industry-standard tools such as ServiceNow or Atlassian Jira Service Management.
  • Strong communication and customer orientation, as well as the ability to convey complex issues in a clear and understandable way.
  • Independence: You find your way in every environment and come out well in the project even when left to your own devices.
  • Integrity: A high level of integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive company data and information.
  • Enthusiasm: That you work with passion and that your colleagues and customers can feel your enthusiasm.
