ActioNet has an opportunity for an IT Service Operations Manager. The position can be supported Remote with 10% travel within the US, as needed. The IT Service Operations Manager oversees problem resolution and process automation to support enterprise-wide IT service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT change management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT governance.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Previous experience in government or large enterprise IT operations.
