IT Site Support Technician II

Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. We're seeking an IT Site Support Technician II to work in our Irving, TX location. The role requires an understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of End User Computing technologies
• Knowledge and use of ITIL management processes (e.g., change and incident management) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (e.g., Networking (core and wireless), Server Hosting and Storage, Directory Services)
• Minimum 5 years experience supporting Manufacturing IT/OT environment
• 7+ years IT work experience
