Provide initial support to users, responding to inquiries and resolving basic technical issues quickly and efficiently, as well as performing basic data analysis related to incidents and support requests.
Requirements
- Academic education: Technologist or professional in systems engineering or related careers.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with remote access tools and knowledge of operating system administration such as Windows and macOS.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ticket management tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Certifications (considered a plus): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC-1), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, Active Directory – admin, Networks - admin, Office 365 - admin, Microsoft – admin, SQL Database – queries and consultations
