Brightspeed is looking for an IT Technical Lead, Service Assurance Systems - Enterprise & Wholesale to join their growing team. The position entails eliciting business requirements, devising solutions, and executing them on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development involving ServiceNow
- Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal in ServiceNow
- Working experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
- Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML, CSS, Java script
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
