As an IT Technical Support Specialist III, you will provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and site IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, analyze events, and apply technical knowledge to resolve immediate end user needs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • Technical skills: ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool, knowledge of laptop PCs, virtual workstations, Windows OS, Apple iOS and Networking, understanding of Active Directory, Networking, Voice, WiFi and IT infrastructure
  • Soft skills: customer service skills, interpersonal/verbal communication skills
