We are looking for an IT Asset Management specialist to join the Service Management team. The candidate must have a strong understanding of risk in a highly regulated business environment and be able to support ITIL aligned CMDB data quality reporting and remediation.

- ServiceNow, CMDB and reporting knowledge
- Proficiency in ITAM and IT Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow and Lansweeper
- Practical experience with ServiceNow implementations of ITSM
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and ITAM best practices
- Advanced Excel skills including the quick construction of pivots, lookups, and comparative reports
