We are hiring an ITIL Incident Manager Team Lead to lead a team, ensure effective incident resolution, and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITIL, leadership skills, and experience with incident management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and incident management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of incident managers.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
