We are currently hiring an ITIL Incident Manager Team Lead to lead a team of incident managers, ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of IT incidents and implementing incident management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management and incident management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of incident managers.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
