Sonsoft Inc. is seeking an ITIL V3, ITSM Suite, Cloud Computing Infrastructure professional with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, and Asset and Configuration Management. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practices, as well as experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ year overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
- Knowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices
