Sonsoft Inc. is seeking a highly experienced ITIL V3, ITSM Suite, Cloud Computing Infrastructure professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, as well as experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. The position requires knowledge of ITIL v3 service life cycle and ITSM best practices, and experience with agile methodologies and project management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ year overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
- Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 2000, or CMMI
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
