CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The ITOM Engineer will design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as CACI’s selected automated network discovery tool.
Requirements
- DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree in applicable field (computer science, engineering, cyber security, etc. ) and 7+ years direct experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities
- At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
