The role will design, implement, and optimize IT service management solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
- 5+ years of architecting ITSM solutions in the ServiceNow platform
- Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM (required)
