We are seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to analyze IT service management processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an ITSM Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks
  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell
  • Ability to gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ITIL practices and certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
