We are seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to analyze IT service management processes and systems, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ITSM Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell
- Ability to gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ITIL practices and certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
