Devoteam is seeking an ITSM Consultant to implement ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with team members, and support pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate has IT knowledge, strong soft skills, and advanced English communication skills.

Requirements

• IT knowledge of Application Development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services...).
• Strong soft skills, including communication and presentation abilities, analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced English, both written and verbal communication.
• IT education or relevant experience in the IT industry.
