Envision Employment Solutions is looking for an ITSM/ITAM: Product Engineer / Developer to work on US times and travel abroad when needed, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to support ITSM/ITAM functions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and/or ITAM principles and best practices (ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 55000).
- Experience with one or more ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Jira Service Desk).
