Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an ITSM/ITAM: Senior Product Engineer / Developer for a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. The role requires flexibility to work on US times and travel abroad when needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development or systems administration
- Strong understanding of ITSM and/or ITAM principles and best practices (ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 55000)
- Experience with one or more ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Jira Service Desk)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with API integrations and web services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
