Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the migration of ITSM services from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, Release and Change Management, and some experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools.
Requirements
- Strong Project Management experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a focus on Release and Change Management.
- Some Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools.
- Proven ability to manage ITSM migrations and tool implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support teams during the transition.
