Junior Analyst

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is an award-winning high growth small business that creates innovative technology solutions in Cyber Security, Instructional Design and Training, Software Engineering and IT Support Services. A Junior Analyst must have experience with data gathering and creating reports, and support the Department of Veterans Affairs in the implementation and ongoing management of IT Service Management & IT Asset Management within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline is required
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
