Requirements
- 1 year of experience with background in IT Help Desk Operations and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow
- Unix experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or 5 years of experience in related field
