Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field;
  • Experience in knowledge management, information management, or a similar role;
  • Experience in IT Service Desk support or equivalent role/background;
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and software;
  • Proficiency in knowledge management systems (ServiceNow or SharePoint);
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools;
