Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field;
- Experience in knowledge management, information management, or a similar role;
- Experience in IT Service Desk support or equivalent role/background;
- Experience with knowledge management tools and software;
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems (ServiceNow or SharePoint);
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools;
