Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Desktop Systems Technician to assist customers with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with customers remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting.

- Proficient troubleshooting of Mac, Linux, Windows OS and Office365
- Knowledge of Zendesk, ServiceNow, or other IT ticketing software
