STS is looking for a L3 Network Engineer to maintain the BIOS cloud infrastructure across multiple data centers in the Middle East. The role requires strong technical background in networking, customer orientation, and ability to work in a multi-tenant environment.
Requirements
- Technical background in computer networking and security architecture
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated individual with ability to manage own ticket workload
- Ability to work towards project deadlines and take ownership
- Experience with firewall troubleshooting (FortiGate, ASA, Palo Alto, SSL & IPSec VPN)
- Experience with load-balancers/WAF (Kemp & FortiADC)
- Experience with SSL VPN/IPSec deployments
- Experience with security policies creation and modifications (audit reviews)
- Experience with ticketing software (ServiceNow)
- IPT/VoIP experience (ideal but not necessary)
