We are seeking a motivated Software Lab Provisioning Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our Sales Engineering (SE) organization. The role will involve provisioning and managing access to software lab environments, supporting our global SE team in technical evaluations, demonstrations, and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments
- Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing requests
- Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working remotely in an autonomous manner
