LAN Services Development Manager is responsible for handling change and agile development of LAN and WLAN Services to produce changes in-line with the LAN Services roadmap and continuously evolving LAN Services portfolio.

Requirements

  • Working with Managed LAN/WLAN Services Owner on roadmaps/objectives and key results, KPI’s, priorities, resources, and improvements that need to be implemented.
  • Work with required teams for budgeting and asset management processes.
  • Working with all LAN Services engineers to produce change and improvements within WLAN/LAN Services.
  • Work with the Service Delivery & Operations group to train, support, and educate, so they deliver services with a high level of quality, reliability, and consistency across the enterprise.
  • Stay up-to-date and work with new and emerging technologies to help influence the direction feature releases of LAN Services.
  • Working in a multi-functional team to develop LAN Services requirements, designs, standards, results, and work with other projects and services as needed to ensure a consistent and reliable service.
  • Ability to work alone and prioritize time to meet assigned task, goals, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage a team of individuals to craft, develop, and implement service changes.
  • Ability to deliver efficient and effective communications to stakeholders.
  • Ability to supervise and manage internal and external projects and task via Azure Dev Op and Emerson ServiceNow.

Requirements Summary

Minimum seven years of IT experience. BA/BS in Information Systems or related area (or equivalent experience). ITIL v3 Foundation Level
