The Lead Analyst will liaise between IT and business teams, facilitate process design sessions, and communicate with requesting parties regarding status of development and enhancement requests. They will translate functional user requirements into technical requirements, provide support to development teams, and coordinate with testing teams to ensure defect-free releases.
