GCash is looking for a Lead, Application Support Engineer to join their Technology & Operations team. The role involves providing Level 2 support for business-critical applications, designing automation solutions, and optimizing SQL queries. Ideal candidate has a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering with 4+ years of experience in L2 application support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in L2 application support or a similar role
- Strong expertise in Python scripting for automation and process optimization
- Proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database troubleshooting (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle)
- Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK Stack)
