Lead Change, Release and Deployment Analyst

As a Lead Change, Release and Deployment Analyst, you will oversee the change management process, release updates to technical systems, and ensure production systems are functional. You will lead projects from end-to-end, collaborate with the IT change and release manager, and provide communication and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Knowledge of ITIL change management, service management and/or project management, IT security, patching, compliance, and best practices
• Experience with IT Service Management, Microsoft Office, ITIL-based support environment, and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow
