Join our team as a Lead DevOps Engineer to build capabilities that enable innovation, speed, agility, scalability, and efficiency. You will partner with product owners, tech leads, and delivery professionals to improve our Agile planning and execution tooling suite. You will produce automation solutions that enable us to deploy innovative products, services, and experiences to delight our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
  • Ability to coach others with minimum guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced experience and/or expertise in the several of the following: Atlassian product administration, including Jira and Confluence. Jira Align is a plus.
  • Application Programming Interfaces (API): Consumption & Development
  • Dev Ops Tools & Practices: DevOps automation tools, practices & capabilities, continuous integration & continuous delivery
  • DevOps Platform: Industry standard CI/CD solutions, platforms and tools (Atlassian, Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar, Artifactory, etc.) to support lifecycle capabilities.
  • Programming Languages: Python
  • Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Infrastructure fundamentals
  • Database Fundamentals: Schemas, Tables, Permissions, SQL
  • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Test/Quality capabilities & methodologies (functional & nonfunctional) and associated tooling including quality automation
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Development and Design Fundamentals including SDLC and coding standards
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience and knowledge of managing identities and identity protocols (Microsoft Entra, SAML)
  • FastAPI framework knowledge
