Sonoma Consulting is seeking a Lead End User Technology Engineer to provide technical guidance and escalation to the Service Desk Analysts, and to troubleshoot and resolve the most technically challenging end-user computing incidents and requests. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects and supporting desktop and Local Area Network equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time experience managing the implementation and support of information technology projects
  • 5+ years of technical experience in a Service Desk environment supporting desktop and Local Area Network equipment
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Frontrange, Remedy, ServiceNow
